These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AgentTip ("the App"), a macOS application developed by Gabriel Seabra ("Developer", "we", "us"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use AgentTip on Apple-branded devices you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes.

AgentTip is available for a one-time purchase price of $4.99 USD through the Mac App Store. All purchases are processed by Apple Inc. and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. We do not handle payment information directly.
All sales are final. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through the App Store refund process.
The App requires macOS 15.2 or later. Certain features require additional system permissions:
You are responsible for granting the necessary permissions. We are not responsible if the App does not function correctly when required permissions are denied.
The App integrates with optional third-party AI services. By using these integrations, you agree to the respective third-party terms:
Any costs associated with third-party APIs (e.g. OpenAI API usage fees) are your sole responsibility. We are not liable for charges you incur from third-party providers.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not use the App to:
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
The Developer's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App ($4.99 USD).
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may update the App from time to time via the Mac App Store. Updates may change functionality, add or remove features, or alter system requirements. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of any changes.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of their provisions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Brazil.
